AETN'S Diversity Mission Statement
Both the diversity of ideas and individual human characteristics drive the business of AETN and are inherent strengths as we strive to fulfill the company's mission of grabbing people every day, everywhere with our entertaining take on life.
At AETN, we believe that diversity enriches our lives, our company and individual performance. Our efforts to understand and value differences greatly contribute to the creativity, innovation, and excellence of AETN's programs, products, and services.
We believe that our programs, products and services are only as good as the people who create them. Because of this, we have a commitment to high ethical values and to creating a workplace where employees are encouraged to strive for professional excellence. The diversity of our workforce plays an increasingly important role in meeting this commitment. Diversity extends beyond race, color, creed or sexual orientation. Diversity is that combination of traits and characteristics that makes each of us unique individuals and what brings us together to achieve our goals. Diversity is about respect, openness, innovation, and knowledge. It's what we practice in our business.
At AETN, we've created a work environment that supports diversity by:
Aggressively pursing a broad spectrum of highly qualified candidates for our open positions.
Promoting and rewarding our employees based on contribution and merit.
Creating a work environment that is open to the ideas of all employees.
Always holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards.
Offering work/ life plans and benefits that support and respect the diversity of our employees and their needs.
Working with partners, vendors and suppliers who support our commitment to diversity such as:
National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC)

Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLADD) (www.glaad.org)
AETN'S Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council
The Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council is focused on supporting the overall business growth, branding, talent development and talent acquisition for AETN employees and all communities we serve. Comprised of employees from various departments within our business, our council provides direction and counsel to senior management, including setting goals and metrics for measuring success, securing resources to help achieve those goals while fostering companywide creativity, productivity and mutual respect across generational, ethnic, racial, religious, thought, gender and sexual orientation.
